Important information Your car parking contract is made with the car parking supplier, based solely on their terms and conditions. Each car parking supplier will generally accept responsibility for any negligence and will maintain an insurance policy accordingly. They will not accept responsibility for the acts of any third party and will not accept responsibility for your car or anything in it, which is covered by any other insurance policy. Each car parking suppliers terms and conditions are exhibited at each car park or are available on request. Car parking suppliers are exempt from any liability, if you do not notify them of any loss or damage to your vehicle before you leave the car park.
We confirm bookings by issuing a booking reference. We will email you information relating to your reservation at the time of placing a booking.
You may cancel a parking booking up to three working days before the booking period begins. An administration fee may be charged for cancellations.
If you do not turn up, you will be charged in full for the whole booking period.
All cancellations must be directed to SkyAirportParking.co.uk and not the 3rd party service providers. We must be informed of all cancellations within office hours (Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm). Should a cancellation request be received outside of these hours we will be unable to assist. Please inform SkyAirportParking.co.uk of any amendments prior to travel. You can cancel your booking on this page.
The price is in pounds sterling including VAT as applicable. The price is that which is confirmed at the time of making your booking no matter what prices may be quoted elsewhere or in any promotional offer.
Any daily charges quoted are for a calendar day (with part of a day calculated as one day) unless indicated otherwise.
You can pay for your booking using an approved payment card when you make the booking.
If there are any extra charges due, you must pay these in full before you leave the operator's premises. Prices quoted in our promotional material are:
Once a booking is confirmed the price is fixed.
We act only as booking agent for the operator and are only liable to you for losses directly arising if we are negligent in processing your booking.

Bookings are accepted subject to the terms and conditions adopted by the operator and specified on the booking confirmation. Terms and conditions are available by contacting our Customer Services Department on 0844 811 619.
So far as not inconsistent with the operator's terms and conditions:
You are responsible for arriving at the car park (or in the case of valet parking at the airport) in good time (at least one hour before the airline's recommended check-in time) so you can arrive at the airport check-in desk by the airline's recommended check-in time.
Any claims for loss or damage to vehicles or in relation to the quality of the service provided should be made to the operator.We will on request provide contact details for the operator.
Any queries and claims relating to the processing of your booking should be made to us.
This procedure does not affect your right to take legal action.
We will write and acknowledge a written complaint within two working days of receiving it.
One of our Customer Support team will deal with your complaint in the first instance.
As long as you can send us any extra information we may ask for, we will try to give you a written decision within 28 days.

Nobody can change these conditions unless the change is made in writing with our permission. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your Statutory Rights as a consumer.
All cancellations should be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org, and are subject to a cancellation fee and/or an administration charge.
No refund is issued for unused parking stays, for example if you booked for 12 days and only park for 10.
